    SUPPLY OF MISC ITEM.- 33 40mm thick flush door shutters, Solid core construction with black board core and plywood face panel, commercial type on both sides of size 8x3 with 03 Nos 125mm long MS hinges 02 Nos 200mm long aluminium tower bolt, 02 Nos 150mm long bow handle and 01 No 300mm long aluminium 34 40mm thick flush door shutters, Solid core construction with black board core and plywood face panel, commercial type on both sides of size 7x3 with 03 Nos 125mm long MS hinges 02 Nos 200mm long aluminium tower bolt, 02 Nos 150mm long bow handle and 01 No 300mm long aluminium sliding bolt with locking system complete required stainless steel screw. Door should be painted with two coat of wooden primer all side. 35 Factory made solid panel PVC door of size 2.05 mtr x 0.7 mtr, shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC „C‟ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement. The door shutter should have 02 Nos of 150mm long aluminium tower bolt, 02 Nos of 150mm long aluminium bow handle and 03 Nos of 100 mm long MS butt hinges to be supply with door. Make- Rajshree/ Sintex/Polyline. 36 Factory made solid panel PVC door of size 1.90 mtr x 0.90 mtr, shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC „C‟ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement
