Tender For Sprinkler Repair Works -Steel Scaffolding:Scaffolding With Ms Pipes Which Will Be Rigid To Work Safely At Heights. Type Shall Be Of Double Type. Scaffolding Has To Be In Steel, Arranged By The Contractor At His Own Cost For Carrying Out Entire Jobs At All Height And Provides All Facilities For Proper Inspection Of Surface At Various Stages. Material Has To Be Erected As Per Safe Methods. Ropes And Guy Wires Shall Not Be Used For Tying Etc. The Scaffolding Pipes. The Scaffolding Shall Be Of Steel And Shall Not Endanger The Painter. Scaffolding Shall Be Sufficiently Away From The Tank Shell So As To Enable The Painter To Work With Ease. The Scaffolding Shall Be Removed By The Contractor Promptly After Completion Of The Work. Contractor Has To Rectify The Damages Made In The Tank Bottom Area Due To Erection Of Ms Scaffolding At Free Of Cost After Completion Of Job Scaffold Erection. A Scaffold Should Be Designed, Erected, Altered And Dismantled By Competent People, With All Scaffolding Work Under The Supervision Of A Competent Person. Scaffolders Should Always Adopt A Safe System Of Work During The Erection, Altering And Dismantling Of Scaffolds. This Will Usually Include The Use Of Fall Arrest Equipment. All Scaffolds Require Bracing To Help Prevent Them From Collapsing. The Platform Of A General Purpose Scaffold Should Be, Dismantling Of 4 Inch Pipeline-Removal Of 4 Inch Mild Steel Old Fire Water Sprinkler Line From The Operating Tank. The Job Includes Opening Up The U Clamp, Disconnecting Sprinkler Line From Flange Joints, Safely Lowering The Sprinkler Pipes And Shifting The Same To Scrap Yard. For The Raiser Pipe Removal The Job Includes Disconnecting The Raiser Pipe From Flange Joint Inside The Dyke Area, Lowering The Pipe Safely And Shifting The Same To Scrap Yard. The Job Also Includes Removal Of Fire Sprinkler Nozzles From The Existing Sprinkler Line. The Party Has To Deposit The Usable U Clamps And Sprinkler Nozzle To Site In-Charge.
