The Scope Of Work Includes Opening The Panel Covers, Pulling Out Power Supply Modules, Replacement Of Damaged Parts If Any, Blowing Out Dust, Cleaning, Checking Tightness Of Bolts, Refixing Of Power Modules, Fixing Back The Covers, Cleaning And Servicing Of Switches And Other Associated Works. 1.02 Supply Of Skilled Labour Assistance For Overhauling Of Motors Of Different Ratings For A Period Of Six Months. The Scope Of Work Includes, Dismantling Of Motors, Complete Cleaning, Varnishing, Assembling And Painting Of Motors, Inspection Of Cable Termination Of Motors And Other Associated Works Connected To Above Mentioned Work In Acid Area 1.03 Cleaning Of Dust Accumulation In Sap, Pap & Effluent Treatment Plant Substations, Transformer Rooms, Motor Control Centre Rooms Etc. 1.04 Cleaning, Lubricating And Servicing Of Pull Cord Switches, Belt-Sway Switches And Zero Speed Switch On Sap Sulphur Feeding Conveyors, Pap Gypsum Conveyors And Pap Rock Conveyors 1.05 Cleaning Of Transformer And Isolator Room And Top-Up The Conservator Oil Level And Isolator Oil Level Of Transformers In Sap And Pap Substation 1.06 Tying Hoist Cable To Cable Trolley, Replacing Damaged Cable Trolley, Cleaning Of Hoist Motor And Replacing Of Damaged Break Coils, Break Liners Etc 1.07 Inspection Of Mov Motor Terminals, Replacing Limit Switches And Cleaning Of Mov Motors 1.08 Inspection Of Earth Pits, Tightening Connection And Cleaning Of Earth Pit Premises Etc 1.09 Removing Unwanted Cables Up To A Size Of 3Cx95 Sq.Mm From Sap, Pap Motor Control Centre And Cable Trays. 1.10 Preventive Maintenance Of Motors Of Various Ratings Up To 1750 Hp In Sap, Pap,
