    Tender For Hydrant Pipeline Fabrication And Erection Job - Laying Of 10 Inch Pipeline Ag/Ug: Erection, Installation And Testing Of Above/Under Ground Pipes Of 12 Inch Od Size Pipe As Per Attached Specification, Transportation Including Loading, Unloading, Handling, Incl Installation Of All Pipe Fittings I.E Bends, Flanges, Tee-S, Flanges, Etc. Supply And I Of Champion 59 Grade Gasket, Equipment, Consumables As Defined In Contractor Scope Of Supply And Their Transportation To The Work Site; Performing All Above Ground Piping Fabrication Works Including Cutting, Edge Preparation (Inclusive Of Grinding The Edges Of Pipes, Fittings Etc. To Match With The Matching Edges Of Uneven/ Different Thickness Wherever Required), Fit Up, Miter Bend, Bending, Pre Heating Wherever Required, Welding, Threading Etc; Erection Of Pipes Of All Types And Thickness Over Sleeper, Overhead On Racks And At All Elevations; Hook-Up With, Existing Header Etc, Including Fixing Of All Types Of Gaskets, Bolts, Studs And Nuts Of All Sizes; Cleaning And Flushing, Carrying Out Hydrostatic Test At 15 Kg/Cm2. Payment For Wrapping Coating Material Will Be Done Separately If Used In Relevant Item. Supply And Fixing Of Copper Jumpers (Sleeved 25 Mm Braided Wire). 2 No 25 Mm Lugs To Be Placed On Both Sides For Attaching To Bolts (Lugs Size May Change According To Stud Size). Welding Would Be Separately Paid Under Inch Diameter. Scope Of Job Includes Hookup With Existing Pipeline Network Etc..
