    Tender For (1) Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Reputed Make, Portable Single Phase Inverter Manual Metal Annual Repair Contract Welding Machine With Capability Of Tig Welding As Per Specifications Mentioned Or Having Nearest Specifications. Machine Weight Should Be Approx. 11 Kg. Rated Welding Current Approx. 20- 200 Ampere Or Nearest On Higher Side . Input Power Approx. 9 Kva Or Less. The Machine To Be Supplied With Accessories Like Approx. 3 Meter Long Welding Cable With Electrode Holder, Approx. 3 Meter Long Return Cable With Clamp Etc. The Machine Must Be In Ready To Use Condition With Input Power Cord, Top Plug Etc. Preparation Required At Site (Electrical Socket Etc) To Be Specified. The Scope Includes Full Day Operation And Maintenence Training At Gidc, Electronics Estate, Sector 25, Gandhinagar Campus. Minimum 18 Months Warranty To Be Provided For Equipment. The Machine Must Be Suitable For Indian Conditions (230 V, 50 Hz Input) (2) Compatible Tig Torch (Approx. 120 Amp) With Built In Gas Valve For Manual Control Of The Shielding Gas. The Item Must Be Compatible To Machine Mentioned In Sr. No. 1. (3) Standard Torch Spares For Two Years Normal Operation. The Spares Should Include Back Cap Short And Back Cap Long. The Spares Should Include Standard Collet, Collet Body And Gas Nozzle Suitable For 1.6 Mm And 2.4 Mm Dia Tungsten Electrodes, Minimum Order Quantity To Be Mantioned By Vendor In The Quotation. Torch Catalogue Should Invariably Provided With Quotation.
