    Tender Details

    The Primary Aim Of This Work Is Dosing Of Chlorine Dioxide To The Extent That The Residual Level In The Cooling Water Near Cooling Tower Remains 0.05 To 0.1 Ppm. Chemicals Required For Chlorine Dioxide Generation Sodium Chlorite And Hydrochloric Acid Will Be Supplied By Ms Indochem Technologies Ltd .The Shifting Of Chemicals From Store To Site And Unloading Of Chemicals From The Lorry Or Tanker Is Contractors Job For Uninterrupted Operation Of Chlorine Dioxide Generators. The Tenderer Shall Maintain Suitable And Qualified Minimum S.S.L.C Passed Manpower Experienced In Similar Type Works Regularly In Two Shifts. The Supervisor Shall Have Minimum Qualification Of B.Sc. In Chemistry And The Operator Shall Be Experienced In Handling The Chemicals And Operation Of Pumps. The Kpcl Shall Arrange For All Measuring Equipments Like Spectrophotometer Ph Meter Glass Wares Fine Chemicals For Calibration Of Instruments And For Testing The Concentration Of Naclo2 Hydrochloric Acid Residual Chlorine-Dioxide Etc. Only Manpower Is Provided In The Scope Of Work.
