    Supply Of IV. RE CHECKS AND ASSISTANCE DURING GTG AND STG STARTUP: Charges for pre checks of important actuators before startup and assisting maintenance Engineers by monitoring the operation all instruments during startup. (Qty in startups) V. IMPROVEMENT WORKS & PANEL CLEANING WORKS: Labour charges for rectification / replacing corroded impulse lines and fittings, Replacing the existing lines by special type tubes, DCS panel wiring modifications, Cable loop checking, Providing/changing new Terminal blocks in Junction boxes and panels as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. Cleaning of panels which include cleaning of all modules, cleaning the racks with CTC, checking/lubricating the cooling fans, Checking the earth connections, Checking the MCBs, relays, incoming supply levels etc., VI. MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: Labour charges for removing/refixing of instruments such as, pressure/Temperature gauges, Pressure/ Temperature switches, Thermocouple RTD, Solenoid Valves from GTG,STG, HRSG, GBC, BFPs, IA/PA compressor DM plant, limit switches etc., for the work of other sub division works (Mechanical & Electrical)) like overhauling and inspection, charges for solving the problems in Siemens DCS and Symphony Harmony control system and other PLCs (like checking of wiring connections, electronic cards etc), Replacing of defective instruments like transmitters, switches, RTD/Thermocouples, indicators etc, Material taken from stores and return back to stores for check measurements, OEM Coordination works & other miscellaneous works etc.
