To The Complete Satisfaction Of Bpcl. Also You Have To Give Sales Area Preference As Per Enclosed Sheet. Award Of Job 1. The Tender Aims At Establishing Annual Rate Contract For 1 Year For Ros In Pune Territory ( List Of Ros Enclosed As Separate Annexure “Z” ) . Pune Territory For This Tender Divided Into 7 Sales Areas. 1. Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Quotation For Any Or Each Of These 10 Sales Areas S1.1, S1.2, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, Separately. 2. Contract Will Be Awarded Individually For Each Of The Sales Areas On The Basis Of L1 For Each Of These Sales Areas And Not The Overall L1 For The Pune Territory. 3. Bids Will Be Opened In The Following Order ? S1.1 To S6. Any Bidder Who Qualifies As L1 For A Sales Area Will Have His Bids For The Subsequent Sales Areas Unopened. So, If A Bidder Is L1 For Sales Area S1, His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Sales Areas. 4. Similarly, Bids For All The Other Vendors, Except The Vendor Who Is L1 For Sales Area S1, Will Be Opened For The Next Sales Area I.E. S2. Whoever Is L1 For S2 Will Be Awarded The Contract For Sales Area S2 But His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Sales Areas And So On. 5. Only 1 Sales Area Can Be Awarded To Any Bidder. Once A Bidder Is Declared As L1 For A Sales Area, His Bids For The Remaining Sales Areas Will Not Be Opened. 6. The Lowest Evaluated Bid Will Be Determined / Established After Considering The Overall Net Cash Outflow To Bpcl I.E. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract ( Camc ) Charges And Taxes –As Quoted By Vendor For 1 Year. Successful Tenderer Has To Execute An Agreement On Rs.100 / - Stamp Paper Other Terms And Conditions Are Applicable As Covered In The General Conditions Of Tender Enclosed.
