    Supply Of Charges For Cutting And Removal Of Worn Out / Eroded U Clamps, L Bracket, Scrapper Chains And Scrapper Bars Reassembling Of Scrapper Bars L Bracket, Scrapper Chains And Uclamps With New Spares Etc. , Charges For Dismantling Of Plumber Block, Main Shaft Assembly, Gear Coupling Take Up Shaft Assembly, Submerged/ Idler Wheel Assembly, With Drawl Wheel Assembly From Scrapper Feeder, Cleaning And Inspect All The Internals And Replacing The Wornout Spares And Reassembling The Same With Scrapper Feeder This Work Also Includes Reconditioning Of Worn Out Submerged/Main Shaft/Idler Wheel Shaft And Any Machining Work If Necessary. , Charges For Cutting And Removal Of Wornout M.S Door Plates , Bottom Structure Of Trough Portion, Bottom Side Eroded Supporting Channels, Slope Plates, Chute, Scrapper Bar M.S Guide Plates Etc. Cutting Of New M.S Plates To Required Shape, Fixing In Proper Position And Welding The Same.(M.S Welding Electrode 15 Kgs On Contractor Scope) (3000 Kgs Per Feeder Ms Plates, Channels Will Be Supplied By Tangedco) , Painting The Inner Surface Of Feeder With One Coat Of Ac Black Paint Including Cost Of Paint. , Painting The Outer Surface Of Feeder With One Coat Of Hr Aluminum Paint For An Area Of 45M2 Including Cost Of Paint. , Charges For Loading Of Required Materials On Vehicle At Central Stores / Mtps I And Unloading And Positioning At Work Site. Segregation Of Scraps, Loading Old Scraps & Second Hand Materials On Vehicle At Work Site And Unloading At Central Stores/ Mtps-I (Vehicle Will Be Provided By Tangedco On Free Of Cost)
