    TENDER FOR REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE ITEMS OF VOLTAGE STABILIZER CAP OF 2 KVA (22 NOS), 3 KVA (39 NOS), 4 KVA (41 NOS) AND 5 KVA (37 NOS) INSTALLED AT 262 TRANSIT CAMP, OFR RATION STAND, ENGRS MESS, CASD, 7 ASSAM, 422 FD AMB, CVD AND HQ TG EME :-(a) Replacement of circuit card for 3 KVA stabilizers – 38 Nos.(b) Replacement of relay 24 V 250 Ohms for 4/3 KVA stabilizers – 32 Nos.(c) Rocker switch – 25 Nos.(d) Replacement of terminal strip – 24 Nos.(e) Replacement of burned 15 Amps socket - 30 Nos.(f) Replacement of indicator light - 25 Nos.(g) Replacement of circuit card for 4 KVA stabilizers – 28 Nos.(h) Replacement of relay 24 V 250 Ohms for 5 KVA stabilizers – 36 Nos.(j) Dismantling the burnt transformer of Cap 2 KVA stabilizer carefully cutting the burnt winding of the transformer without any damage to the transformer laminations & measure the gauge of wire & count the no of turns of primary & secondary coils. Same turns & gauge to be used for rewinding of the transformer rewinding held be properly installed using paper insulation & varnish testing the winding for continuity & re-fixing the core in its position testing the transformer output voltage by connecting the primary to the source supply. Leads to be properly connected to the terminals assigned. – 22 Nos.(k) -do but transformer of 3 KVA stabilizers – 24 Nos.(l) -do but transformer of 4 KVA stabilizers – 26 Nos.(m) -do but transformer of 5 KVA stabilizers – 27 Nos.
