    QUOTATION FOR JOB ORDER - 1.00 JOB ORDER FOR CA NO CESZ-22 / 2014-15 1.01 Supply and laying, connecting and testing of the following size of MS ERW tubing class C including fitting, insulated with closed cell elastomeric insulation of density 30 to 40 Kg / m3 and covered with shrink wrap polyethene sheet and metal cladding using aluminum sheet of 24 SWG with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed:- Note :- 1. The pipes shall be provided with 24 SWG aluminum cladding over the insulation and all UG pipe shall be laid below frost line ( 1.5 mtr ) UG pipe shall not be provided with aluminum cladding. ( a ) 25mm bore pipe with 13mm thick - 170 RM nitrile insulation. ( b ) 25mm bore pipe with 13mm thick - 200 RM nitrile insulation. 1.02 S&F connection pipe with copper tubing 15mm dia ( not less than 1.5mm thick ) with welding / nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 1.03 S&F connection pipe with copper tubing 40mm dia ( not less than 1.5mm thick ) with welding / nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 1.04 S&F connection pipe with copper tubing 32mm dia ( not less than 1.5mm thick ) with welding / nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.
