    Tender Details

    Supply of item- Real Time PCR with accessories- 1. Block: Minimum 96 well, flexible for real time PCR assays and end point analysis. 2. Thermal system : Peltier based 3. Ramp Rate : Minimum 5⁰C/sec or better 4. Temperature Range :4-100⁰ C or better 5. Temperatutre Accuracy : ± 0.2 C of programmed target at 90 ⁰ C 6. Temperature Uniformity : ± 0.4 ⁰C well- to -well within 10 sec of arrival at 90⁰ C. 7. Gradient range : Should have 6 different zones/ Gradient capacity to run eight different temperatures with Dynamic Ramping in Real-time. 8. Optical System: Solid state LED based optical technology and can scan each well for normalization. The system should have minimum 6 excitation filter either white LED / different filtered LEDs 9. Detection : Minimum 4 and Maximum 6 Filtered photodiodes/CCD/PMT 10. Range of Excitation/Emission wavelengths : 470-705nm or better 11. Sensitivity : Detects 1 copy of target sequence in human genomic DNA 12. Dynamic Range : 10 orders of magnitude. 13. Multiplex Analysis: Multiplex analysis upto 5 targets in a well and Rox should be optional. Calibration: System should be factory calibrated for minimum 10 dyes including Cy5, HEX, FAM, Taxas red, Sybr Green and Rox dyes. In addition, to maintain proper functionality the instrument should come along with 2 year onsite calibration warranty of instrument with calibration consumables when ever its require . 14. Compatibility with consumables: System should be open for all consumables. 15. Consumables and plastic ware for 2000 real time reaction 16. Analysis Software 17. Data Analysis Mode: Abs quantification, Rel quantification, melt Curve Analysis HRM software should include , Gene expression analysis with multiple reaction efficiencies, allelic discrimination, end point analysis 18. System should come up with free access to secured cloud based
