    Tender For Removal Of Erc Liners, Cleaning Of Liners, Cleaning Of Liner Rail Foot Contact Area With Wire Brush, Greasing Of Pandrol Clip & Inside Of Mci, Fixing Of Rlys New Fitting I.E. Rubber Pads, Liner Including Driving Of New Erc To Correct Position. It Will Also Involve Bringing All The New Fitting From Cosult Sse / P.Way / Store To Site Of Work Taking Out And Staking The Release Fittings, Tools And Plants, Lead And Lift Etc. Painting Of 90R / 52 Kg / 60 Kg Rails In Situ ( I.E. Running Track ) With Two Coats Of Anti-Corrosive Bituminous Black Paint Conforming To Is-9862-1981 . Each Coat Of Paint Shall Have Dry Film Thickness Of 100 Microns . The Pointing Will Be Done After Removing The Rust And Dust And Loosening The Scales By Brushing / Scrapping Etc. All The Application Will Be Done In Uniform Brushing. The Work Shall Be Complete In All Respects With All L&M, Miscellaneous & Incidental Works Related To The Job As Per Directions Of Engineer -In-Charge At Site To His Entire Satisfaction. Painting Of Rails Will Be In-Situ I.E. Running Track After The Removal Of Necessary Fittings, Ballast Etc. Removal Of Existing Heavily Jammed Erc By Gas Heating Or Cutting, If Necessary, Without Damaging The Insert And Putting Of New Erc After Applying Grease In The Leg And Eyes Of The Insert And Rail Surface Under The Liner And Replacement Of Existing Gfn / Steel Liners By New Gfn / Steel Liners Including Renewal Of Gr Pads. Rates Are Inclusive Of Loading, Leading & Unloading Of Fittings From And To P.Way Store, Supply Of All Consumable Material Such As Gas, Grease And Oil. Nothing Extra Will Be Paid. Bituminizing New Pandrol Clips With Bitumen Of Good Quality Including All Labour, T & P Materials Etc.
