Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract For Facility Management Of Zone 6 Ros Of Jalandhar Territory1. The Tender Aims At Establishing Annual Rate Contract For 1 Year For Ros In Jalandhar Territory ( List Of Ros Enclosed As Separate Annexure “Z” ) . Jalandhar Territory Has Been Divided Into Six Zones Namely Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 4, Zone 5, Zone 6 Comprising Of Ros Pertaining To District Of Amritsar, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, Sbs Nagar, Pathankot , Gurdaspur , Tarn Taran, Ropar , Sas Nagar Of Punjab And Chandigarh City.2. Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Quotation For Any Or Each Of These Six Zones3. Contract Will Be Awarded Individually For Each Of The Areas On The Basis Of L1 For Each Of These Areas And Not The Overall L1 For The Jalandhar Territory4. Bids Will Be Opened In The Following Order Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 4, Zone 5, Zone 6. Any Bidder Who Qualifies As L1 For A Zone Will Have His Bids For The Subsequent Areas Unopened. So, If A Bidder Is L1 For Zone 1, His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Zones.5. Similarly, Bids For All The Other Vendors, Except The Vendor Who Is L1 For Zone 1, Will Be Opened For The Next Area I.E. Zone 2. Whoever Is L1 For Zone 2 Will Be Awarded The Contract For Zone 2 But His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Areas And So On.6. Only One Zone Can Be Awarded To Any Bidder. Once A Bidder Is Declared As L1 For A Zone, His Bids For The Remaining Zones Will Not Be Opened.7. Tenure Of Contract: Job Will Be Awarded For One Year We Also Attach Herewith The Schedule Of Quantities In Annexure &Amp; Scope Of Work For Which Your Quotation Is Requested. Your Quoted Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of All The Materials / Labour / Equipment / Transportation / Arranging Water / Royalty Payments, If Any / Carrying Out Of Lab Test Etc To Complete The Satisfaction Of Bpcl. 8. Successful Tenderer Has To Execute An Agreement On Rs 100 / - Stamp Paper. Other Terms And Conditions Are Applicable As Covered In The General Conditions Of Tender Enclosed. It Is To Be Noted That Conditional Quote Will Not Be Accepted And The Corporation Reserve The Right To Accept / Reject The Quote Without Assigning Any Reason To The Contractor. The Rates Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Tax. Tax Shall Be Paid Separately, As Applicable.
