Please Note That Meerut Territory For This Tender Has Been Divided Into 6 Zones / Sales Areas.Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Quotation For Any Or Each Of These 6 Zones Separately As Per The E-Tender.Contract Will Be Awarded Individually For Each Of The Zone On The Basis Of L1 For Each Of These Zone And Not The Overall L1 For Mathura Territory.Bids Will Be Opened In The Following Order, ( Sales Area Details Given In Tender Document ) Sales Area :S1Sales Area :S2Sales Area :S3Sales Area :S4Sales Area :S5Sales Area :S6Any Bidder Who Qualifies As L1 For A Sales Area Will Have His Bids For The Subsequent Sales Area Unopened. So, If A Bidder Is L1 For Sa-1, Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Zones.Similarly, Bids For All The Other Vendors, Except The Vendor Who Is L1 For Sales Area 1 Will Be Opened For The Next Sales Area And So On.Only 1Sales Area Can Be Awarded To Any Bidder. Once Bidder Is Declared As L1 For A Sales Area , His Bids For The Remaining Zones Will Not Be Opened.The Lowest Evaluated Bid Will Be Determined / Established After Considering The Overall Net Cash Outflow To Bpcl I.E. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Camc ) Charges – As Quoted By Vendor For 1 Year.Successful Tenderer Has To Execute An Agreement On Rs 100 / - Stamp Paper.
