To The Complete Satisfaction Of Bpcl.Award Of Job:-1.The Tender Aims At Establishing Annual Rate Contract For 1 Year For Ros In Surat Territory ( List Of Ros Enclosed As Separate Annexure ) . Pl Note That Surat Territory For This Tender Has Been Divided Into Seven Sales Areas. 2. Please Submit Their Quotation For Any Or Each Of These Seven Sales Areas Godhara, Anand, Vadodara Sa-1, Vadodara Sa-2, Surat Sa-2, Surat Sa-1 And Vapi Separately In Individual E-Tender For Each Sales Area Published On The Same Day. Pl Note The E-Tender Number Mentioned Against Respective Sales Areas Before Quoting Rates For Sales Area Of Your Choice. The E-Tender Number Along With The Sequence Of Opening Of E-Tender Of Particular Sales Area Has Been Attached Separately.3. Contract Will Be Awarded Individually For Each Of The Engg Areas On The Basis Of L1 ForEach Of These Engg Areas And Not The Overall L1 For Surat Territory.4. Bids Will Be Opened In The Following Order ( 1 ) . Godhara ( 2 ) . Anand ( 3 ) . Vadodara Sa-1 ( 4 ) . Vadodara Sa-2 ( 5 ) . Surat Sa-2 ( 6 ) . Surat Sa-1 To ( 7 ) . Vapi To As Per Annx Iii ( From Godhara Sales Area Followed By Anand Sales Area And So On Until Vapi Sales Area 10 ) Attached With The E-Tender. Any Bidder Who Qualifies As L1 For A Sales Area In A Specific E-Tender Will Have His Bids In The E-Tender For The Subsequent Sales Areas Unopened. So, If A Bidder Is L1 For Sales Area Godhara, His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining E-Tenders.5. Similarly, Bids For All The Other Vendors, Except The Vendor Who Is L1 For Godhara Sales Area, Will Be Opened For The Next Sales Area I.E. Anand Sales Area. Whoever Is L1 For Anand Sales Area Will Be Awarded The Contract For Anand Sales Area But His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Sales Areas And So On.6. Only Sales Engg Area Can Be Awarded To Any Bidder. Once A Bidder Is Declared As L1 For A Sales Area, His Bids For The Remaining Sales Areas Will Not Be Opened.7. The Lowest Evaluated Bid Will Be Determined / Established After Considering The OverallNet Cash Outflow To Bpcl I.E.
