Due Date / Time: As Per Mentioned In E-Tender Calendar Tenure Of The Arc: Job Will Be Awarded For One Year We Also Attach Herewith The Schedule Of Quantities In Annexure &Amp; Scope Of Work For Which Your Quotation Is Requested. Your Quoted Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of All The Materials / Labor / Equipment / Transportation / Arranging Water / Royalty Payments, If Any / Carrying Out Of Lab Test Etc. To The Complete Satisfaction Of Bpcl.Award Of Job:-1.The Tender Aims At Establishing Annual Rate Contract For 1 Year For Ros In Jabalpur Territory ( List Of Ros Enclosed As Separate Annexure “Z” ) . Pl Note That Jabalpur Territory For This Tender Has Been Divided Into 10 Engg Areas. 2.Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Quotation For Any Or Each Of These 10 Engg Areas E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9 &Amp; E10 Separately In Individual E-Tender For Each Engg Area Published On The Same Day. Pl Note The E-Tender Number Mentioned Against Respective Engg Areas Before Quoting Rates For Engg Area Of Your Choice. The E-Tender Number Along With The Sequence Of Opening Of E-Tender Of Particular Engg Area Has Been Attached Separately As Annx-Iii ( Order-Top To Bottom ) .3.Contract Will Be Awarded Individually For Each Of The Engg Areas On The Basis Of L1 For Each Of These Engg Areas And Not The Overall L1 For Jabalpur Territory. 4.Bids Will Be Opened In The Following Order E1 To E10 As Per Annx Iii ( From Engg Area 01 Followed By Engg Area 02 And So On Until Engg Area 10 ) Attached With The E-Tender. Any Bidder Who Qualifies As L1 For An Engg Area In A Specific E-Tender Will Have His Bids In The E-Tender For The Subsequent Engg Areas Unopened. So, If A Bidder Is L1 For Engg Area E1, His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining E-Tenders. 5.Similarly, Bids For All The Other Vendors, Except The Vendor Who Is L1 For Engg Area E1, Will Be Opened For The Next Sales Area I.E. E2. Whoever Is L1 For E2 Will Be Awarded The Contract For Engg Area E2 But His Bid Will Not Be Opened For The Remaining Engg Areas And So On.6.Only 1 Engg Area Can Be Awarded To Any Bidder. Once A Bidder Is Declared As L1 For An Engg Area, His Bids For The Remaining Engg Areas Will Not Be Opened.7.The Lowest Evaluated Bid Will Be Determined / Established After Considering The Overall Net Cash Outflow To Bpcl I.E.
