    Ofc: Appointing An Agency For Establishing And Maintaining Optical Fiber Cable ( Ofc ) Connectivity Through Msedcl Overhead Electrical Network For Amravati Town Qualifying Requirements: 1.The Bidder Must Be Minimum Category ?B? Isp Having Ip-1 ( Infrastructure Provider ) Licence From Department Of Telecommunications ( Dot ) , Govt. Of India. 2.Total Audited Annual Turnover Of The Preceding Three Financial Years Of The Bidder Shall Be Equal Or More Than Rs. 90 Lakhs. 3.Bidder Must Have Positive Net Worth During The Last Three ( 3 ) Years ( Fy2012-2015 Or Fy2013-2016 ) . 4.Must Have Implemented At Least Three Similar Adss And Opgw Cable Projects In Last Five Years For State Electricity Boards / Power Companies Of The Value Of Rs 20 Lakhs Or More. 5.Experience And Up To Date Domain Knowledge Of At Least Two Key Persons Responsible For Execution Of The Project For More Than 5 Years In Scada Communication, Optic Fiber Networks For Power Projects Including Designing, Operations And Maintenance As Per Guidelines Issued By Cerc / Merc Related To Power Sector. Brief Scope Of Work : 1.Route Survey And Network Design Validation. 2.Fiber Implementation: Installation Of Opgw And Adss Cable And Line Accessories On Overhead 33Kv, 22Kv And 11Kv Feeders Based On Survey. 3.The Core Backbone Shall Be Constructed Using Mesh Topology On Over-Headlines Using 24 Core Opgw Optical Fiber Cables Wherever Feasible For A Strong And Reliable Backbone. 4.The Access Network Shall Be Constructed Using A 24 Core Adss / Opgw Optical Fiber Cables 5.Provide Connectivity And Services To Scada Control Center. 6.Time Of Completion: Bidder Shall Complete Entire Scope Of Work Within 3 Months From The Date Of Letter Of Award. 7.Operation And Maintenance ( O M ) Of All The Deliverables For Minimum Five Years.
