    A.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of 11Kv Ht Lines On 9 Mts Pscc/Psc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor Or Using Ab Cable Or Using Ug Cable And Rectification Of Hazardous Location. B.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of Lt 3Ph 4 Wire Lines On 8 Meter Rcc / Psc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor Or Using Lt Ab Cable Or Lt Ug Cable. C.Replacing Of Detoriated /Damaged Poles, Lines, Gos Etc To Avoid Hazardous Location Channapatna Urban And Rural Sub-Divisions Under Rate Contract As Detailed In The Relevant Bid Documents. D.The Unit Rates For The Work Material And Labour Will Be Finalized Based On The Partial Amount Quoted By The Bidder For All The Items Mentioned In The Price Sheet, In Comparison With The Partial Amount Works Out For The Same Items In The Price Sheet As Per Rates Specified In The Bescom Sr 2014-15 On Percentage(%) Basis. E.The Agency Has To Supply And Erect The Materials Which Are Not Included In The Tender (Left Out Materials) Duly Obtaining Approval From Executive Engineer Ele., Ramanagara Division And Complete The Works For Which Amount Is Payable At Sr Prevailing At The Time Of Execution Of Work Using Such Materials. F.While Arranging Payment To The Awarded Contractor ( Agency) Actual Inventory Of Materials And Labor Used For Each Work Will Be Considered. G.The Executive Engineer O M Division Will Issue Work Awards For Individual Works. H.Rate Contract Is For A Period Of Minimum One Years From The Date Of Loa. Extendable For Further One Year (If Necessary) I.The Bidders Shall Note That, They Should Quote Unit Rates For Each Item Based On Sr 14-15 And Any Freak Rate Quoted For The Materials/And Or Labor May Lead To Disqualification.
