tender for long-term improvement work at the majhwara mod black spot- earth work in excavation in trenches :-excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. as per morth & h specification no. 301 sr. no. 3.06. 2 construction of embankment with material obtained from borrowpits :-construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 3 compaction of earth obtained from roadway cutting :-construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet reqirement of table 300-2 (compaction only) 4 construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders :-construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no. 300-2 . 5 granular sub-base with close graded material :-construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. 6 wet mix macadam :-providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including preixing the material with water at omc in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base couse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the disired density . 7 prime coat over wmm/wbm :-providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion on prepared surface of granular base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechinical means . 8 dense graded bituminous macadam (gradeing -ii)providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam grading-ii with 120 tph batch type hmp producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per mort&h specification clause 505 complete in all respects. 9 tack coat on bituminous surface :-providing and applying tack coat with vg.- 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . 10 bituminous concrete grading - ii :-providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 tph batch type hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per mort&h specification clause 507 complete in all respects. 11 construction of median :-construction of cast-in- situ median barrier including cost of material , labour t&p etc. complete as direction of e/i 12 making speed table :- on each side and center between junction all complete. 13 thermoplastic painting :-providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perirc 35 inclduing cost of all materials , labour , machinaries , t&p etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . the finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per morth specification no. 803 14 pavement marker :-s/f of pavement marker (cat eye) type x -astmd-4956-04 at every dimension/3m consisting of asa plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound .the housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to incident light i/c all taxes. @ 3mtr. c/c 15 caution board (90 cm high octagon stop sign board) :-providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorized sign as per irc-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 800.1 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick over area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the arround by means of properly designed foundation with m15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 mm below ground level as per approved drawing complete.
