bids are invited for custom bid for services - hiring of sanitation service at agtl hiring of sanitation service - manpower based model comprehensive non- mechanized door-to-door household garbage collection from total nos of 195 railway quarters (qtr. position placed at s.n:1) spread over railway colonies at agartala (agtl)and their transportation and disposal by means of own vehicle/garbage rickshaw van to municipalitydumping ground area or any other suitable location away from railway premises for a period of 02 (two) years/626 working days, providing one (01) day rest in a week on outcome based. b) outsourcing work of comprehensive non-mechanize cleaning work of railway colonies at agtl by sweeping of open spaces, surrounding areaa, roads (main &sub roads) areas, cleaning /de-silting of various sizes of drains including all accumulated silt, garbage etc. along with vegetation grass cutting (jungle cutting) on either sides of drains and roads ( 1.5 feet either side of drains and road), periodical spraying of antimalarial agents for mosquitoes control, disposal of animal carcass and collection & segregation of swept materials, their transportation from said area to schedule waste binsby hand trolley and their final transportation by means of own vehicle/garbage rickshaw van and eventual disposal at municipality dumping ground or any other suitable locations away from railway premises. duration of work is for 02 (two) years/626 working days, providing 01 (one) day of rest in a week, on outcome basis. c) providing healthy workers with uniform for 02 (two) years. d) providing necessary metallic items (shovel, phawda/spade, kata , jungle cutting tools/long knife and hand trolley), spray machine with chemical & safety gears (gumboot, face mask, rubber hand gloves etc.) with uniform, healthy labours for 02(two) years/626 working days, providing one (01) day rest in a week on outcome based. e) providing waste buckets, plastic, of 10 litres capacity, 01 (one) pair per 195 nos. of quarters. total quantity :
