bids are invited for custom bid for services - amc of rosov installed at bpcl muzaffarpur depot repair and overhauling service operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical installations repair, maintenance and installation of plant/ systems/equipments i. visual inspection of the actuator and control panel for any abnormalities or physical damage ii. checking the open and close operation of the actuator by energizing and deenergizing solenoid valves (from local and remote push button station) iii. checking the emergency shutdown (esd) operation iv. checking limit switch and ensuring proper feedback / indication v. checking of solenoid valve function vi. checking of air filter regulator vii. checking of flow control valve viii. checking of control panel piping, tubing and ensuring proper tightness of all fittings ix. checking of air leakage on the actuator and control panel x. checking of mechanical indicator in limit switch box xi. checking of limit switch box sealing xii. checking of grease/oil leakage & top up grease/oil if required xiii. replacing o rings and seals/oil seals if required xiv. replacing faulty parts if required xv. checking tightness of all fasteners including actuator mounting on the valve xvi. ensuring smooth operation of the actuator xvii. data log download and analysis of log report from pervious report to determine actuator healthiness. xviii. any other preventive maintenance activity required for ensuring 100% breakdown free operation. total quantity :
