Tender Result - Tender For Nandiguda - Nandaka Road work - 1 Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft btrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC. 2 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both side of the road to facilitate widening of berms ,disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per cluse 201 of MORD by manual means etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / binding materials filling up interstices of coarse agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work etc all complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P etc complete. WBM GR-III 4 Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen laid onprepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller as per Clause 510 of MoSRT&H Specifications 5 Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion on prepaired sueface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.. 6 Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works. 7 Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC. 8 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.
