senior flexonics make expansion bellow , list of item(s) / work(s) as per tender documents , expansion bellow202-r-1,2,3,4 ; columns reactors & pressure vessels equipment : vessel tag number : 202-r1/r2/r3/r4 service: reactors make : m/s larsen & toubro limited ; exp.bellow,2p-1314-119(j77990-1),pathway ; ignore make in header text. (i)scope of supply will include procurement of raw material, fabrication, inspection and testing, packing & forwarding and supply of expansion joint as per drawing nos: j77990-1 rev.03 and sl. no.: j77990-1-1 thru-1-4 . (ii)bellow should confirm to the latest edition of asme b31.3 and ejma. (iii)bellow should be of universal design as per latest edition of asme b31.3 and ejma. however said drawings may be considered as minimum basic requirements. (iv)good quality packing shall be ensured to avoid any damage during transportation. (v)expansion bellows are for reactors 202-r-01/02/03/04. 1 ea represents 1 bellow for each reactor. , expert supervision for installation of item sr. no. 10 ;;; scope: 1.per diem charges of 01 no. expert for 08 hours working on normal working days (from monday to saturday). ea species manday 2. boarding , lodging and ineternal transportaion shall be in scope of vendor.vendor to quote accordingly. 3. submission of post installation report. note : 1.,,this line item only pertains to supervision during installation of procured material at iocl refinery site and accordingly engineering days shall be reckoned from the date of handover of equipment for supervision job . payment shall be made as per daily log sheet signed by iocl site engineer. 2.,,completion period for work order shall be 2 years from cdd of respective material. in case iocl is not able to handover the site within period of 2 years from material cdd due to iocl site exigencies , then time extension shall be granted by iocl to vendor and accordingly the vendor shall provide the supervision services for installation . 3.,,all expenses related to travel , lodgings , boarding & fooding shall be in scope of vendor . 4.,,ifr suit is compulsory in iocl battery limit . job shall be executed as per prevailing safety guidelines at iocl . eic / iocl site engineer decision shall be final in this regard. , metallic expansion joint,ejsc ; expansion joints,mettalic material specification : ss 304 standard size overall lengthmmmm ; metallic expansion joint,ejsc ; (i)scope of supply will include procurement of raw material, fabrication, testing and supplying of complete assembly of expansion jo int as per drawing nos: b-02-g2398 rev b sheet 1 of 10 to sheet 10 of 10 attached as annexure-i.
