tender for comprehensive maintenance to bldgs of group-iii units/ loc at leimakhong mil stn under ge 869 ews-- 1 schedule a 2 demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for brick work with subclass ‘b’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 4 m & l for brick work with sub class ‘b’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 5 taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. 6 m&l for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on on fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing works/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specifiednote : (i) wpc will be measured and paid separately (ii) rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding upto height 12 mtr at reqd places. no additional payment will be made on this account.
