bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - industry unit; switchyard; buyer-to attend sf-6 gas leakage and attending the fault of moving contact of b-ph pole which is not moving properly of 145 kv sf-6 circuit breaker (siemens make) of 40 mva t/f iiird at 132 kv s/s baraut, under etd-baraut. work consist of:- (service code-401099) detect pole leakage by sf-6 gas leakage detector. extract sf-6 gas from pole units by help of sf-6 gas extraction plant and keep it into empty sf-6 gas cylinder. dismantling of all top covers from pole units and opening of fixed contact chamber from pole unit. apply vacuum in all poles by help of vacuum pump upto specified value ard keep it for 45 hour & check no loss of vacuum. complete overhauling of spring charging menhanism assembly, cleaning & lubrication. dismantling of close & trip coil assembly, opening its parts, cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of air gap of this plunge. check close/trip operation of the breaker satisfactory. replacement of main nrv with pipeline as required of 145 kv sf-6 cb, including dismantling of main nrv with pipeline & replace it with new one & fitting in all poles as required upto satisfactorily completion of work. service code-402382)
