bids are invited for support services for operation, maintenance of cryogenic systems and upkeeping of cryogenic plant, compressor room, gas bag room & buffer tank area at cryogenic plant & instrumentation section, meg, vecc.; 1. round-the-clock shift operation of cryogenic plant 2. operation of helium purifier and its regeneration 3. manning of the control room and the cold box in round-the-clock shift (the cryogenic plant control room and the cold box is situated in radiation zone ii area of scc) 4. routine maintenance of helium liquefiers and gas management system 5. routine maintenance of the liquid nitrogen system 6. routine maintenance of cooling water system, pneumatic system, gas recovery system 7. modification of gas bag system 8. modification of the existing helium and liquid nitrogen system 9. leak detection using msld 10. installation of gas piping for commissioning of different systems related to cryogenic system 11. ss tubing with swagelok ferrule fitting as and when required 12. experimental work for helium liquefier project 13. development of liquid nitrogen trap for helium gas purification system 14. handling of heavy equipment for maintenance and development work 15. office work including typing, carrying papers etc. as and when required 16. decantation from external tankers to storage vessels and delivery of liquid nitrogen to users and scc 17. operation of vacuum system for evacuation and purging with helium or nitrogen gas by operating evaporators & heater from ln2 storage vessel 18. operation of hmi of control & instrumentation of cryogenic system like command of start / stop of compressor, cold box, vacuum, turboexpander, pumps; opening or closing of valves; reading & noting of sensor data etc. any wrong command could make disaster of the total system.
