tender for repair work of district judge compound road under special repair - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (22.4-53) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (a) by manual means & including all labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of the work. 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per morth specification 5th revision clause no. 503 & including all labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by engineer incharge. (including cost of bitumen) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using (vg-10) bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type b as per technical specification clauses 508.. (including cost of bitumen) 4 providing and laying of premix sand (type-b) seal coat with hmp of appropriate capacity not less than 60tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and bitumen vg-10 grade. clause no- 511 including all taxes, material, labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of the work.(including cost of bitumen) 5 construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
