tender for re-carpeting of roads inside factory and township area of nfl, nangal unit during the year 2025-26.; 1 surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, all kinds of soil. 2 providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to is:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom with rapid setting bitumen emulsion rs-1. 3 i) on bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg. / sq.m. 4 providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of engineer-in-charge. - 25 to 50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade vg-30 @5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 tph capacity. 5 providing and laying 40mm to 75mm thick semidence asphaltic base course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5% binder content 80/100 or equivalent (by weight of total mix) with the aid of the hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density for improvement of camber / depression etc. in road surfaces. 6 providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, t&p, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 7 carriage of materials by mechanicel transport including loading, unloading and stacking wherever required upto 1 km.(anywhere within factory areas). 8 i) lime, moorum, building rubbish, hard coal/stones.
