bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - --; --; annual maintenance contract (amc); (a) the comprehensive maintenance includes preventive maintenance quarterly services of annual maintenance contract (amc) of location miss and hit (lomah) zentech system serial no 23m-000-1411-017 at baffle firing range, brichgunj military station and free from any defects/disturbance and also on any unscheduled call for corrective and maintenance services, taking appropriate measures/steps on time to set the malfunctioning of the location miss and hit (lomah) system serial no 23m-000- 1411-017 at baffle firing range, brichgunj military station, port blair (a&n islands). (b) of without the replacement of all the spares is included under the amc the replacement defective spares with good quality and standard spares will be done by the bidder any extra charge of any kind (c) the comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out primanly at the premises of no 2 infantry battalion of hq 108 mountain brigade specified in the work order, during office hours. in case, the bidder feels that the equipment cannot be repaired at site, they will carry and deliver the equipment at their own cost and risk to get repaired promptly. (d) the operating environment condition in which the equipment is presently talled is quite satisfactory and the bidder will not raise any condition with regard to the working environments for the equipment for the equipment covered under amc (e) the bidder, as per the real need and requirement of no 2 infantry battalion of hq mountain brigade shall ensure the appropriate deployment of the manpower (1) bidder has to maintain all the relevant records, register and documents as required. (g) train the new staff regarding operation and upkeep procedures on request. (h) all parts of the lomah system ser no 23m-000-1411-017, installed at brichgunj military station, port blair (a&n islands) will be covered under the amc including software/ hardware & other accessories. vendor will agree to provide the following services to keep the system in good working order 24 hours of 365 days each. maintenance and upkeep of hardware of lomah system (k) maintenance and upkeep of system software user data software (b) maintenance and upkeep of peripherals associated (iv) attending to minor and major break down on the hardware.
