(1:2:4) using 12 mm size c.b. chips including cost of all materials etc. complete. 5 supplying fitting, fixing, vitrified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost ofall materials,labour t&p etc required for the work . 6 4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on(old) roof slab with 12mm & down graded size hard granite chips complete as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge 7 fly ash brick masonry in c.m. (1:6) in superstructure with cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete. 8 supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mmetc complete. 9 wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including costof all materials, labour charges, t&p etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 10 ground floor 11 first floor 12 supplying, providing, fixing ofm.s. angles and pipes including all labour , cost taxes, transportation etc. complete. 13 fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in superstructure with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35kg. per sqcm. including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour t&p required for the workcomplete as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 14 12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and t & p required for the work completeas directed by the engineer-in-charge 15 fixingof tiles in fioors,walls,treads landings etc on 25mm thick bed of c.m(1:1) with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost of tiles etc complete - chequred floor tiles 16 labour charges for fitting and fixing in position of m.s.gates , windows and openingsas per approved design including cost of all materials complete. 17 supplying providing fitting & fixing g.c.i sheets in roof drilling in wind ties including fixing of ridges vallys wind ties with cost conveyance taxes & labour charges for fitting & fixing in position with cost of all labour materials etc complete 18 painting twocoats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and t&p required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc completeas per direction of the engineer-in-charge
