(note: one set consists of one lavatory assembly).the electro-pneumatic pressurized flushing system (eppfs) will be fitted onboard in lhb ac coaches and non ac lhb coaches (for lavatories without electrical cubical)on the wall of the modula r toilet as per rdso letter no: mc/cb/lf/ anaerobic dated 07.10.2024 and no.md/ fur/lav.fit/101 dated 22 /11/2024. for lhb non-ac coaches having electrical cubical on lavatory wall, fitment will be done beside el ectrical cubical as per position in cai/rcf/mech/lhb/093 dated 21/01/2025 note: following item should be fitted in between the isolating cock and the air filter regulator lubricator (afrl) unit of the eppfs in all ap plicable lhb coaches as per coach alteration instruction (cai) referenced in rdso letter no. mc/ cb/lf/anaerobic dated 18.10.2023. 1) stainless steel high pressure adjustable non return valve (nrv) , bo th ends - internal screwed type, size: 1/4 bsp, length =50 to 55 mm and pressure = 10 to 12 bar. , materi al: ss 304 or 316 2) stainless steel hex nipple (straight & both ends with external thread), size: 1/4 bsp,l ength = 30-35 mm, material: ss 304/316, shedule-80, size conforming to is:1239 (part-2)-2011 (note: 01 n o each of sr no 1 & sr no 2 for each set of epfs). the work shall be carried out as per scope and terms & co nditions mentioned in annexure-i .
