tender for provision of (minor work) fire resistance false ceiling at different locations of afnet building at air force station highground under age(i) highground - dismantiling ceiling boards of any description in two layer (1st layer of t grid false ceiling and 2nd layer of plyboard ceiling) including cover fillets, gi/wooden framework and removal from premises complete all as specified and directed. 2 supply and fix 6 mm thick, pre-painted,fire resistance false ceiling tile (density > 1200 kg/m3 , modulus ofrupture(m.o.r) - 15.85mpa,thermal conductivity (k)- 0.0872 w/mk,confirming to is 14862 ; type- b category-iii)of size 595x595mm (for grid module of size 600x600mm) with modular lay-in-grid ceiling system, con which includes fixing of e-grid framework comprising of pre coated wall angle of size 24x24x3000mm and 0.35mm thick screw fixed to periphery of the walls / partitions at the required ceiling heightwith pvc dash fastners (nylon sleeves) and steel screws at 600mm c/c . gi main tee runners with pre coated steel capping of size 24x38x3600/3000mm and 0.25mm thick shall then be suspended from the soffit (or purlins) with 4mm dia hanger gi wire, soffit cleat of size 27x37x25x1.6mm and dia 6x40mm metal anchor fastnersat 1200 mm c/c ( in case of purlin, the 6mm gi suspender wire shall be wrapped around it ). cross tee of size 24x26x1200mmand 0.25mm thick are then insert fixed into the main tee runner @ 600mm centres and in direction perpendicular to it , for 600x1200mm module grid, finally for the required 600x600mm grid module 600mm cross tee of size 24x26x600mm and 0.25mm thick shall be insert fixedinto the 1200mm cross tee @ 600mm centres and in direction perpendicular to it, complete all as specified and directed.note :- (i) existing ceiling lights, ceiling fan and other items required to be refix again after fixing of false ceiling by the contractor at no extra cost.(ii) damaged portion of wall/ceiling during dismantling and refixing of ceiling required to be repair with similar treatment by the contractor at no extra cost.make : armstrong/everest or equivalent. 3 material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces on walls by wire brushes and applying with one coat of 1mm average thick cement wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish surfaces by using sand paper and applying two coats ofacrylic distemper, complete all as specified and directed.make: asian/berger/nerolac/dulux
