comprehensive maintenance contract for fire alarm system and other connected items installed at mh jodhpur and hq cejz under ge (army) no. 02 jodhpur- 1 m&l for servicing / maintenance/cleaning / testing and commissioning of complete fire alarm system installed at mh jodhpur which is consist following items :- (a) multi smoke /heat detector - 1824 nos. (for above false ceiling detectors) including taking downold unsv complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 11 repair/maintenance,testing, commissioning in replacement addressble network cardaddressable module to connect repater panelwith the addressable panelcomplete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 12 supply and fixing in replacment maintenance free battery 12 v 7 ah including terminal complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 13 supply and laying including termination of 2 core 1.5 sqmm stranded pvc insulated pvc sheathed copper conductor 1100volt grade fire resistant armoured cable including terminations, all labour and material etc. complete (panel to detectors devices, for repeater panels,above false ceiling detectors & response indicator). complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 14 supply and fixing 20 mm dia pvc conduit isi marked including all necessary supports, clamps, joining pieces etc for drop of cables from slab to detector. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 15 supplyand fixing 40 x 200 x 40 x 2 mm thick slotted angle stove enamelled cable tray isi marked for fixing on walls including all nuts, bolts, washers etc. for runs of armoured cables. complete al as specified and directed by engr-in-charges. 16 supply and fixing in replacment ups 2kva without in built batteries complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 17 m&l for servicing / maintenance / repair/ testing and commissioning of complete fire alarm system installed at hq cejz jodhpur which is consist following items :- (a) multi sensor analog smoke detector - 220 nos.(b) analog heat detector - 17 nos.(c) fire alarm sounder - 20 nos.(d) response indicator - 23 nos.(e) microprocessor based main control panel- 02 nos.(f) repeater panel- 02 nos and other connected items for their connection i.e. cable and servicing complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.note:- (i) replacement cost of minor part included in above mentioned cost (ii) replacement of unsv items/ parts suitable for fire alarm system shall be paid seperately under respective items.
