tender for p.g. admission for the a.y. 2025-26 for bankura university1. admin area for initialization of the software like setting courses, fee structure etc. and option for searching application details, merit list details, admission list details, admission payment details etc. there will be option for downloading admission form of student and option for downloading reports. 2. online application process providing link for online registration of students as per university guidelines and registration fees payment by doing the payment gateway integration(sbi imops). option for capturing if the student is of home university or outside university. course wise, college wise preference for admission to be taken during the registration process. 3. option for correction of data on the stipulated date as given by the university. 4. publication of valid merit list of the eligible candidates who have given payment category wise (gen/sc/st/obc-a/obc-b/da), category wise (home university & other university), course wise, college wise. 5. publication of admission list for each course category (home university & other university) and social category wise. opening portal for fees payment, choosing of category of admission ( for candidates whose name appears both in unreserved and reserved category) and choosing if wants to upgrade in the next admission list. after closure of fees payment in a phase, auto calculation of seat count college wise, and again publication of admission list considering the candidates who have chosen auto upgradation. the upgradation of the candidates to be done dynamically during the generation of admission list. e.g – if a candidate’s name appears in college x and by upgradation, he/she gets chance in college y then automatically seat count of college x should increase in the same admission list. carry out the above-mentioned process phase wise till the admission gets complete. option for conducting admission on first come first serve basis if required at the later phase of admission. provide all the student related data in excel format to the university. sms notification at all phases of admission.
