tender for engagement of lcv (light commercial vehicle) open truck with tipping system/tractor trailer for transportation of garbage from different waste storage depots /to transfer the waste from primary collection equipment to vehicle or from collection point and disposal of same at specified transfer station/ treatment site/ disposal site. during transportation of garbage vehicle must be carry full capacity in volume. cost includes hire charges of vehicle/tractor trailer,fuel, required tools & plants and all other expenditure and wages of driver & iabours for loading, unloading etc. the rate includes taxes, profit & over head also vehicle / tractor trailer should be of good condition in all respect the both side board & rear board of the vehicle should have sufficient height of minimum 3-0 from load body flool to avoid of spillage during transportation. during transportation of garbage vehicle should be covered with lood condition polythene/tarpaulin sheet in such a manner so that waste is not visible from the outside & there should not be any liftering on road no extra payment shall be allowed for deployment of additional mechanical arrangement.(a) zone-aradial distance from disposal ground to storage point - up to 5km.
