tender for supplying, erection and commissioning of individual quick freezing line for panruti jack fruit value addition facility at cn palayam (patteeswaram village ) in cuddalore district , individual quick freezing (iqf) line: the iqf line is designed for rapid freezing of jackfruit bulbs or other processed fruit pieces to preserve texture, color, and nutritional value for long-term storage. the process begins with pre-cooled and inspected fruits spread on a feeding conveyor that carries them into the iqf freezer tunnel. inside the tunnel, high-velocity, lowtemperature air rapidly freezes each piece individually, achieving uniform freezing of (-)18 deg c room temperature. the iqf freezer is constructed using insulated stainless steel panels and includes high-efficiency axial fans, evaporator coils, and a refrigeration unit operating with food-safe refrigerants (ammonia or freon). the freezer conveyor is made of food-grade ss or modular plastic mesh for continuous product movement and optimal air circulation. the entire process is monitored and controlled by a digital plc-based control panel with adjustable temperature and airflow settings. capacity: 100-200 kg per batch.
