tender for scheme for seepage treatment in the staircase wall of the ilo gate shaft; 1 providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia m.s. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with m.s. tubes, m.s. tube challis, m.s. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. 2 surface cleaning in order to remove all contaiminants from the surface using mechanical methods like compressed air method ,inclusive of all labour ,t&p etc complete. 3 stopping the water jet using a plugging compond which cell be applied manually . the item includes all material ,labour ,equipments ,etc complete. 4 cutting u groove (25mm wide x25mm deep )concrete surface along the crack and cleaning thiroughly making the surface saturated dry to the satisfaction of the engineer -in charge at all lifts including labour , tools tackles ,scaffolding etc. 5 filling the u groove of 25mm(w)x25mm(d)with high strength cementitious crystalline repair mortar meeting en1504-3(2014) class r4 for structure and nonstructural repairs including labour,t&p etc complete. 6 28 mm dia., 0.80 m deep drilling shall be done with jack hammer (grid pattern shall be of 2.0 m x 2.0 m). to avoid the cutting of reinforced bar, rebar locator shall be used and if any bars are encountered, the drilling shall be done just near to the particular hole by hit and trail method. after drilling mechanical packer shall be fixed in the hole. 7 two components polyurethane grout shall be injected through the packers and by using the grouting pumps of capacity 10 bar. 8 28 mm dia., 0.80 m deep drilling shall be done with jack hammer (grid pattern shall be of 1.50m x 1.50 m). to avoid the cutting of reinforced bar, rebar locator shall be used and if any bars are encountered, the drilling shall be done just near to the particular hole by hit and trail method. after drilling mechanical packer shall be fixed in the hole. 9 28 mm dia., 1.0 m deep drilling shall be done with jack hammer (grid pattern shall be of 0.30m x 0.30 m). to avoid the cutting of reinforced bar, rebar locator shall be used and if any bars are encountered, the drilling shall be done just near to the particular hole by hit and trail method. after drilling mechanical packer shall be fixed in the hole. 10 polyacrylic resin /gel grout shall be injected through the packers and by using the grouting pumps of capacity 10 bar. 11 filling of undrilled holes by crystalline mortar. 12 two coats of hydrophillic crystalline slurry shall be applied on entire wall surface.
