providing still photography & videography services at different stages during progress of work & making documentaries for construction of proposed new bridge over river kuji daina in replacement of old bridge at 3rd km on chengmari nagrakata road under jalpaiguri highway division in the district of jalpaiguri- 1 capturing video-graphy at various phases ofwork from time to time in a systematic manner to cover the restoration activities during execution period, pre-construction activities, quality control measures, inspections, higher authority visits and others allied worksincludinginterviews of the departmental officers& hire charge of machineries i.e. full hd video camera, still camera, fly cam, tripod, trolley etc. and remuneration of all personnel including incidental charges for shooting time to time till completion of project and post-project activities and documentation. duration of video shall remain within 20- 30 minutes. the payment will be made on the basis of time frame of videography submittedof a full hd digital documentary film with necessary post-editing and in soft copy in a suitable hard drive of 1 tb capacity, complete in all respect. 2 capturing still photography with approx 140photographs (4” x 6” size) for pre work & post work for overall project &submission the printed photographs in a standard digital album & submission of a digital led photo frame( 2x3 size) with different types of photos including hire charge of machineries i.e. still camera, fly cam, tripod, trolley etc. and remuneration of all personnel including incidental charges for shooting time to time till completion of project and post-project activities.
