tender for operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants in infopark kochi phase i and infopark cherthala campus operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants in infopark kochi phase i and infopark cherthala , towards operation of sewage treatemt plants , shift operators 1 person each in 3 shifts at 225 kld stp for athulya building in infopark kochi phase 1 sez campus , shift operators 1 person each in 3 shifts at 150 kld stp for thapasya building in infopark kochi phase 1 campus , shift operators 1 person each in 3 shifts at 125 kld stp for vismaya building in infopark kochi phase 1 campus , shift operators 1 person each in 3 shifts at 400 kld stp for chaithanya building in infopark cherthala sez campus , technical supervisor in general shift for infopark kochi and infopark cherthala campus , maintenance of sewage treatment plants- maintenance of all sewage treatment plants ( athulya , vismaya , thapasya and chaithanya ) including the cost for routine servicing / maintenance and breakdown repairs as and when required ensuring that plants do not remain out of functioning for more than 10 hours due to unforeseen breakdown , cost of required spares , consumable chemicals and lubricants ( except water and power ) and charges to include liasoning with kspcb for renewals , periodical sampling of treated effluent samples as per kspcb norms etc . complete and as per directions of engineer-in-charge . , cleaning / clearing the blocks and chokes in sewage lines and chambers laid within the campus if required as per the instruction of engineer in charge . the rate shall be inclusive of necessary tools , materials and labour charges . the amount will be released based on clearing the block as per the above per plant . , supply of sewer men as per the instruction of engineer in-charge .
