tender for construction work of gullypit and laying of water drainage pipe at various places under ward-49 zone-4. - dismantling of cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of materials as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr. 2 earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m ,as directed by engg-in-charge:2.1.1 all kinds of soil. 3 providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to the plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 8coarse sand (zone-iii) : 8 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size 4 providing, laying and jointing of 300mm dia r.c.c. np-2 hume pipe with all charges complete. 5 providing and fixing of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (cpvc) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supplt, including all cpvc plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing,. this includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step cpvc sovent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per directed by engg-in-charge. 150mm nominal outer dia pipes 6 brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 construction of granular sub base (gsb) by providingcoarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at omc and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401. 9 providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to the plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size 10 additional of non metallic c.c. surface hardner etc all complete. 11 raising manhole by dismantling & refixing of manhole cover & frame including dimantling c.c. and c.c. work in 1:2:4 but excluding brick work which taken separately and all completion of work. 12 construction of manhole chamber of 0.60x0.60x0.90m internal size with b/w, plaster, cover, c.i. sheet, labour t&p etc required for proper completion of work. 13 providing and fixing in position precast r.c.c. mahole cover and frame of required shape and approved qualitycircular shape 500mm internal diameter 14 construction of gullypit of 0.60x0.60x0.75 m internal size with jali, labour, t&p etc, required for proper completion of work. 15 making connection of pipe to the existing manhole/sewer line etc all complete. 16 disposal of morrum/building rubbish/malwa/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10.00km distance with all charge complete.
