(for hindu weddings: garland exchange, wedding vows, applying vermilion, giving away the bride, photos with family and at the selfie point; for muslim weddings: photos with family, joint photo of the bride and groom while signing the marriage contract, during the farewell ceremony, and at the selfie point). note: one photographer will be provided for every 25 couples. 2. two rose garlands for the wedding ceremony, and a floral headdress made of jasmine and other flowers for the nikah ceremony. 3. turban/headgear (for the groom). 4. remuneration/fees for the priest and cleric for conducting the marriage ceremony. 5. if there are 100 couples, the marriage ceremony will be held in a wedding hall/marriage venue; if there are more than 100 couples, a german hanger tent will be arranged by the selected bidder. 6. decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal). 7. two to four large led screens at the event venue. 8. a grand and attractive entrance gate at the venue entrance, decorated with flowers, and displaying a banner related to the event. 9. arrangement of sound system/speakers/microphones. 10. a banner for the stage, displaying the name of the scheme, photographs of the honorable chief minister of the state, the honorable departmental minister, the minister in charge of the district, and the names of other dignitaries. 11. arrangement for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10 people from each side (2 bananas, 2 samosas, 1 piece of barfi, 50 grams of chips, 500 ml water bottle, 250 ml cold drink bottle, (sherbet/lemonade/tea/coffee - according to the season). note: 20 packets of breakfast will be provided to the couple upon their arrival at the event, and beverages will be available at a stall (sherbet/lemonade/tea/coffee - according to the season). 12. arrangement for lunch for the bride and groom and 10 people from each side (dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mixed vegetable, paneer curry, salad, rasgulla/kheer/halwa, chow mein, etc.). 13. separate 5 kg of boondi ladoos for the bride and grooms side, provided in a bamboo basket with a handle, covered with a yellow transparent wrapper. 14. separate covered baskets of dry fruits for the bride and grooms side (each containing 500 grams of almonds, 250 grams of walnuts, 250 grams of makhana, 500 grams of raisins, and one dry coconut). 15. arrangement for videography of the entire program from beginning to end. 16. installation of a large hoarding on the roadside at the event venue (mentioning the eligibility criteria and application process for the scheme). 17. marriage certificate. color printing and lamination on hard paper. 18- other miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshments/meals for special guests, cultural programs, etc. 19- other necessary arrangements, services, and materials during the wedding ceremony as directed by the committee. 20- a bridal dressing room at the venue with all necessary materials and sufficient staff (beauticians, etc.) for the brides makeup and dressing for the wedding. note: in addition to the above items, the firm participating in the tender may offer other necessary materials from their side.
