tender for complete maintenance along with painting and replacement of all rubber seals of intake gate of machine no. 01, 02 & 03 of sheetla power house, moth, jhansi. - a. work portion1. taking out of intake gate one by one from the gate passage and placing of the same at maintenance area by means of crane and man power and placing the intake gate in the same order in the gate passage after completion of work as per scope of work (03 job).2. replacement of all type rubber seal (side, top and bottom) with replacement of damaged nut and bolts of all 03 nos. intake gates as per scope of work (03 job).3. re-strengthening 06 nos. lifting hooks of all 03 nos. intake gates and minor repairing of gates by deposition of material etc. as per scope of work (03 job).4. cleaning of intake gates by removing traces of oil and grease etc. by suitable cleaning solvent, scrapping of surface by scrapper and steel wire brushes, complete removal of old coating of paint, rust etc. finally removal of residual rust and dust by pneumatic sand blasting to obtain metallic shine. painting of surface with two coats of black bituminous paint (berger/asian) after one coat of red oxide primer as per scope of work (183 sqm).5. testing of intake gate one by one in intake passage during sliding it up and down to check smooth movement & proper rest at bottom place as per scope of work (03 job).b. supply portion1. musical knot type (epdm) rubber seal (top & both side vertical seal) as per is 11855 as per scope of work (41.55 mtr.).2. bottom flat (epdm) rubber seal as per is 11855 as per scope of work (13.95 mtr.).3. supply of high tensile nuts and bolts with washer as per original size 12x100 mm as per sample total quantity is 504 nos. as per scope of work (504 nos.).
