under the concept of waste segregation and decentralization in the city, in every locality of each ward of the city, messages of cleanliness should be disseminated to every household/person and overall cleanliness and sanitation should be improved and for maintaining public health and improving cleanliness and environmental pollution and for waste collection, waste segregation, waste processing, public awareness and training and in the concept of decentralization at the body level, committees should be formed for about 250 houses and awareness should be created for processing of wet garbage and processing of dry garbage through mrf and training and publicity programs should be organized on a large scale in each locality ward wise and publicity should be done under iec activities and training and publicity programs should be organized for source segregation of garbage.
