(for marriage - jaimala, pheras, sindoordaan, kanyadan, with family and with selfie point, for nikah - with family, joint photo of bride and groom while signing, at the time of farewell, with selfie point) note: for this work, one photographer will be arranged for 25 couples. 2- jaimala of 02 rose flowers for marriage, sehra of bela jasmine flowers for nikah. 3- turban/safa (for the groom) 4- dakshina/parishramika for the priest and maulvi for solemnizing the marriage 5- if there are 100 couples, the marriage ceremony will be held in the marriage hall. if there are more than 100 couples, the selected tenderer will arrange for a german hanger. 6- decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and pandal), 7- two to four leds with a big screen at the venue, 8- a grand and attractive entrance with flower decorations at the entrance of the venue, on which a banner related to the program will also be put up 9- arrangement of sound amplifier/sound box/mic 10- banner for the stage, on which the name of the scheme, photograph of the honorable chief minister of the state, honorable departmental minister, minister in charge of the district and names of distinguished guests should be mentioned 11- arrangement for breakfast for the bride and groom and 10-10 persons from their side. (banana-02, samosa-02. burfi-01 piece, chips-50 grams, water bottle 500 ml, cold drink bottle 250 ml, (sherbet/shikanji/tea/coffee - as per the season) note: 20 packets of snacks will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages should be made available by setting up stalls (sherbet/shikanji/tea/coffee - as per the season) 12-arrangement for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side. (dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mixed veg, paneer vegetable, salad, ragulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein etc.) 13- 05 kg boondi laddu each for the bride and grooms side which will be made available in a bamboo woven basket with a handle, covered with a yellow transparent wrapper. 14- bride and groom 15. covered baskets of dry fruits for the party (each containing 500 grams of almonds, 250 grams of walnuts, 250 grams of makhana, 500 grams of raisins and a dry coconut). 16. videography of the entire program from the beginning till the end. 17. installation of a large hoarding on the roadside at the venue (mentioning the eligibility and application method for the scheme). 17. color printing and lamination of the marriage certificate on hard paper. 18. other miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshments/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programs, etc. 19. other necessary arrangements, services and materials during the wedding ceremony as directed by the committee. 20. bridal make-up room at the venue with all the materials required for the grooming and beautification of the bride for the wedding and adequate staff (beauticians) etc. note: in addition to the above materials, the participating firm can offer other necessary materials on its own. total amount rs. 15000/-
