tender for strenghthening of the road from mosur to palayam adc road km 0/0-0/580 r-100 , clearing the scrub jungles including cutting the scrubs and removing away from site etc complete , picking 5 cm to 10 cm of existing wornout bituminous / wbm surface sectioning in all labour charges etc complete (1/3) , earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and subsoils including shoring and strutting with initial lead and lift etc complte, as per most specification asper ss20 a. , collection and supply of gravel appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for shoulders , providing & laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam 150mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc, completed as per clause of morth rev-5. , applying prime coat over wmm surface using 7 kgs of bitumen emulsion (ss1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of bitumen emulsion including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges as per clause 502 of morth rev-5. , applying tack coat over wmm surface using 2.50 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate
