fabrication and erection work related for season 2025-26 - on the drive side of mbc, all the columns of drive shaft, motor gear box etc., structure plate form, bed etc. which are weak and worn out should be cut and removed and a new one should be made as per the instructions and installed on its screen. along with this, the weak columns on its west which are situated between mbc and rbc should be replaced and strengthened. the drive shaft sprocket should be aligned and a satisfactory trial should be given. (this work also includes the dismantling of the trough parts.)dismantling the old damper of the boilers id fan and a new inlet damper should be made and installed as per the new instructions and a satisfactory trial should be given.cutting and removing the inner side plate of pan no. 6 calandria and making and installing a new one. this also includes the work which will be necessary for doing this work like stopping the shaft of mechanical circulator by supporting it and cutting the pan cell as per the requirement to put the said plate inside etc. and after doing the work, installing everything again as before and giving a satisfactory trial.opening and taking down all the tubes of economizer of boiler no. 1 and 2 and cleaning them and doing hydraulic testing and tying them on the screen as per the requirement.making an expansion joint of ms in the ducting line of the pump/gas and installing it after removing the old one.dismantling the weak/corroded b-vacuum crystallizer to replace it and making and installing a new one as per the old one and giving a satisfactory trial of this unit. this work includes all the work that will have to be done for its successful trial like- strengthening, side glass arrangements, manhole, old stool, bed structure, shaft, arm, checking and repairing them, removing the drive wheel as per requirement, fitting it and aligning its worm shaft, gear box etc. and making all the connections. apart from this, during the dismantling and erection of this crystallizer, if dismantling of platforms/canopy/ladder/structure etc. is required, then after the work is done, reinstalling them as before is also included.dismantling the weak/worn c-vacuum crystallizer to replace it and installing a new one as per the old one and giving a satisfactory trial of this unit. this work includes all the works which will have to be done for its successful trial like- strengthening, side glass arrangements, man holes, old stools, bed structure, shaft, arm after checking and repairing them, removing the drive wheel as per requirement, fitting it and aligning its worm shaft, gear box etc. and making all the connections. apart from this, during the dismantling and erection of this crystallizer, if dismantling of platforms/canopy/ladder/structure etc. is required, then after the work is done, the work of re-installing them as before is also included.
