tender for overhauling of 01 no. 3.15 mva 33 11kv incoming transformer belka at dph khara. - dismantling of l.v. & h.v. bushing after opening of connections of both sides. 2 dismantling of main tank cover of transformer & replacement of main gasket of 10 mm of thickness & then reassembling the same cover. 3 dismantling of all radiators & replacing its gasket (both cork sheet& teflon) and reassembling the same. 4 centrifuging of transformer oil (approx 2500 ltr.) by centrifuging machine till desired ppm or bdv is obtained. 5 procurement & fixing porcelain bushing & bushing rods made of brass at 11kv side for incoming transformer after replacing its neoprene balls & cork gaskets & then re-assembly of the same. 6 re-fixing of h.t. 33 kv bushing after replacing its neoprene balls & cork gaskets & the re-assembly the same. 7 replacement of breather with silica gel. 8 painting of transformer 9 crompton make mccb, 250v, 40amp, cap.-10ka
