tender for in ward 10 railmandi west front of shiv temple slab, cc road, sublimation and retaining wall work etc - earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 95% proctor density in ordinary soil excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding ½ m in depth and earth work to be done in 20 cm. layers including ramming and dressing pulvarization the surface to required leves and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankemnt or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m distance as directed by the engineer incharge including supply of roller and water required for proper completion of work as per most specification no. 301.2.1 including roytalty with 5km carted. 2 construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 400-2. 3 excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space bwtween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge of 30 m from the foundation trenches. 4 cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material t&p etc. required for proper completion of work.as per pwd sor item 281 5 r.c.c. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors & window excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 b,w.g.g.i. binding wire and including necessary crentering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire cost being included in the item.as per pwd sor item 283 6 mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion fo the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lappign and hooks. as per pwd item 504 7 cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. as per pwd sor item 279 (a) 8 site cleaning 9 supply & fixing of stone granite 0.6x.0.9 meter with structure brickwork in all completion of work.
