overhauling work of generator, bus duct and its auxiliaries of 200mw unit no. 13 - following works shall be carried out on generator during o/h of unit no.13 2 o/h & preventive maintenance of 15.75kv bus duct inside t. g. hall. 3 h2 gas purging & recharging. 4 o/h work of gen. p.t. cubicle protection metering & auxiliary pt cubical of r, y, & b phases. 5 o/h work of earthing transformer & neutral grounding reactors: 6 decoupling, removal, remounting alignment and coupling of ac/dc seal oil pumps 7 attending leakage of oil from ac/dc seal oil pumps including replacement of seal if required. 8 maintenance and greasing of bearings in a.c. seal oil pump. 9 reconditioning of all 15.75kv bus duct perplex containers. 10 monitoring and maintaining the level of hydraulic seal oil tank round the clock manually by opening and closing the adjacent valve after float valve (when required) from charging of gen seal till completion of overhauling work. 11 normalizing seal oil system and draining oil from gen. casing and hydraulic seal oil tank round the clock (when required) from charging of gen seal till completion of overhauling work. 12 repair of cooling pipe circuit of mechanical seal of ac/dc seal oil pump. 13 fabrication and installation of ladder from 0m to 8m cable trench. 14 repairing of fencing around earthing transformer and ngr. 15 repairing of fencing around 15.75 bus duct excitation cable portion at zero meter near ngr. 16 isolation and reconnection of 15.75kv bus duct outside t.g. hall from manhole near a-axis wall. 17 preventive maintenance of slip ring carbon brushes, brush holder, neutral grounding transformer and reactor in 5x200mw units: 18 bus separation from gen. phases, neutral 19 work on seal oil/ stator water cooler 20 h2 gas filling and monitoring in gen casing 21 changing excitation polarity 22 removal and remounting of old pts with new pts of generator 23 replacement of drainpipes of hydrogen gas cooler of generator. 24 repairing of oil pipeline of seal oil pump & associated works. 25 arrangement for drain of expansion tank & associated works. 26 replacement of rubber expansion bellows of phase/ neutral side of generator terminal. 27 attending leakage in clarified cooling line/dm water line of stator water system 28 replacement of gaskets from flanges and valves of various gas pipelines. 29 miscellaneous works such as welding and fabrication jobs during overhauling of unit 13 to be carried out as per site requirement. 30 repairing of leakage of 450mm pipeline. 31 cleaning & double coat painting work in bus duct from general to a-axis of the turbine hall (phase & neutral side) with structure.( approx260 m2 ) 32 cleaning & double coat painting work in neutral grounding transformer with reactor and fencing.(approx. 75 m2 ) 33 cleaning & double coat painting work in p. t. cubical box and its duct. (approx. 84 m2 ) 34 cleaning & painting work of generator stator. (approx. area 170 sq.m.) 35 painting and cleaning work of seal oil system (including damper tank, & all associated pipelines), expansion tank (including all associated pipelines), gas system (including all associated pipelines), excitation duct (approx. area 400 sq.m.)
